Looking for the next step in your manufacturing career? Our Production Team/Line Leads play a critical hands-on role in keeping high-speed beverage production running safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll lead by example, work alongside your team, help troubleshoot equipment, train employees, and partner with the Production Supervisor to keep the operation moving. If you have strong manufacturing experience and are ready to take on more responsibility, this could be the opportunity for you.

Schedule

12-hour shifts | Wednesday 11pm to 5am and Thursday through Saturday 5pm to 5am

Schedule flexibility may be required based on customer orders and operational needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily production activities on high-speed beverage lines
• Work hands-on with fillers, packers, labelers, palletizers, and blow molding equipment
• Assist with startups, shutdowns, and changeovers while minimizing downtime
• Monitor line performance and make equipment adjustments to maintain quality and production targets
• Identify and remove products that do not meet specifications
• Train and coach new and existing employees on equipment, safety, and line operations
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate important information during shift handoffs
• Help troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• Complete accurate production and shift reports
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, quality, and reliability
• Enforce safety, GMP, SQF, food safety, and company standards
• Communicate production, downtime, and quality issues to the Production Supervisor
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of beverage or food manufacturing experience
• 2+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and production reporting systems

Preferred:

• High-speed bottling or canning experience
• Experience operating or troubleshooting fillers, packers, labelers, palletizers, or blow molding equipment
• Experience with SQF, GMP, food safety, or other regulated manufacturing environments
